I make sculptures and installations using wood, metal, and other forms of material experimentation. Recently, I’ve been studying speakers and using their inner mechanisms to create kinetic sculptures. I am interested in exploring the role of tension in the production of sound (therefore meaning) and how that movement manifests in embodied relation between object and body.
